A snack in the beer garden in summer is okay. Had dinner in the restaurant today. I can only say: Mass processing !! Hardly ordered, we already had the meal. In terms of taste: well. But the service was very friendly.

Well, unfortunately our order was forgotten. The guests who came after us all had something to eat and it was noticed after an hour. That our order has not yet been placed in the kitchen. One medium carp and one duck. After a total of 1.45 hours we received our order with a verbal apology.

It was great. A cozy inn in an absolute family atmosphere. We haven't eaten that tasty in a long time. In the breakfast service we received a great destination from the staff. Super Brauergasthof, delicious Franconian cuisine with an almost unbeatable price-performance ratio. Beer from lager to wheat good, the jubilee drink sensational. Super nice staff. If you're lucky, the boss will even take care of you personally.

The Kraus brewery is always worth a visit. Homemade meat loaf is served on Thursday. With a deer drink, just perfect.

My room booking could not be found in the notebook for some unknown reason. The staff didn't care. They probably don't need service at all. I was able to book quickly and easily at another hotel in town.

We stayed here in a rustic room. Everything was fine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The beer garden and the beer on offer was great. We are happy to come back to stay overnight in transit.

Actually, the beer garden is fine. You could also make other reservations. But now you only get the answer "we always have space". Apparently the hosts are full at the moment. It's really nice that there is always space, but as a family with 3 children, you can't just drive 45 minutes from beer garden to beer garden for just a fortune and then see that there is no space. It couldn't have been so bad for them in the Corona period. We will not come back. Not even when all the tourists are gone.

Spent 1 night here. Simple very clean room. Abundant breakfast. Spent the evening in the cozy beer garden. There is self-service there. Good selection of hot and cold dishes. Big portion. Great price-performance ratio.

We didn't stay for the night, but we had a delicious meal at the lively and busy biergarten. The staff was friendly and did everything possible to satisfy us, despite it being really busy and stressful. The food is very traditional, and very, very good.

Very nice place to eat and overnight. I have stayed and ate here over the years when I visit.

A very relaxing place and decent beer.

Wonderful biergarten down the alley alongside the main building. Exceptionally reasonably priced beer on our visit at €2.60 a half litre! Very local patronage and cash only. Small area for children to play in and good variety of Bavarian fare available. Well worth a visit!

Nice Beergarden, sitting under big trees, shadow spending, but completely self service. Dishes value for money but nothing special, quality under average.

Very nice Gasthof with own brewery. Big rooms and a nice open square where you can eat and taste the local beer.

Giving this five stars on the merit of a summer visit. Biergarten was bustling and had a great Schäuferla and a few very good beers. Took my wife there in the winter and it didn't quite live up to my hype. Duck and Schäuferla were nice but skin was undercooked. That would have been a four star visit but will give them the benefit of the doubt until I get back there.

Enjoyed Brotzeit in the Biergarten with the Kids. If you order Beer take the Hirschentrunk. They also have a nice playgrund. Hilde the Boss from the brewery is an Hirschaider Original, she always wears Dirndln.
